Our vacation pictures

So this could be a record, I have only been home 2 days and already have my blog updated!! We had a great week in the gloreous Ocean City, MD. We were a little concerned that we were going to get rained out but the weather was perfect for us. We went to the beach a couple of days, to the pool a couple of days, played "mini-golf"(Cooper's term) a couple of times, flied a kite on the beach for hours (thanks to Brittany and me,) went on a pirate ship, went to the night rides (AJ's term,) strolled along the boardwalk, went shopping and of course ate lots of yummy food!! Exhausting but well worth it. Thanks Chut and Tete for a great week! Enjoy the pictures. AJ, Chut, Cooper, Brittany and Tete at the beach.

How I miss my diaper bag....

Ever since Cooper has been potty trained, I forget to carry a diaper bag. Tony hated my diaper bag not because it was the brightest and biggest Vera Bradley bag I could find, but because it weighed an absolute ton! But I am here to tell you when you needed something you could find it in my bag. For instance tonight, the boys were enjoying Skylight Snowballs(bright blue AJ's favorite color) while I was shopping in Walmart and AJ accidently dropped his on the floor. In the past, I would just grab a burp cloth from my bag, some wipes and no one would be the wiser of the incident that had happened but not tonight. I had to flag down an associate to clean it up and had to listen to the associate lecture me that that is why there are signs when you come in not to bring food or drinks. Technically a snowball is both, so NAH! So let this be a word of wisdom to everyone don't potty train your kids!! :)

Our stay-cation

I realize our stay-cation was a couple of weeks ago but I have been trying to get myself back into work mommy mode so I haven't had time to post.
A recap of our stay-cation:
Friday after work when we met B and Aunt Lissa at a local indoor pool for some playing and swimming, which I was quite surprised the boys love it and keep asking to go back.
Saturday is was yucky so we played indoors while mommy cleaned :(
Sunday we went to Chut's community beach. Both AJ and Cooper love playing in the sand and in the nasty, dirty river water. But hey, I spent many many days in that nasty river and I turned out just fine!
Monday ran errands and hung out with daddy. The boys planted some flowers of their own to take care of.
Tuesday got rained out of our trip to the zoo with Jen so we went shopping instead!
Wednesday had a play date with friends Mrs. Heather, Caleb and Drake. Lots of fun having a snack and playing for hours in the backyard! T-ball game that night.
Thursday had a playdate in the morning with our friends Mrs. Bonny, Grayson and Thatcher. Had lunch and played at Grayson's house for hours. Rushed home to find Nana and Papa waiting for us at our house, went to T-ball and then to dinner.
Friday had AJ's end of school year festivities with Cooper and Nana. Ate lots of sugarey snacks and then had AJ's friend Darren from school over for the rest of the day. All three boys had lots of fun both indoors and out! Out to dinner.
Saturday went to the Washington zoo with Daddy, Nana and Papa, saw lots of cool stuff and had lots of fun! Came home, barbecued dinner, played outside, had a bonfire and made smores and just enjoyed the last couple of hours with Nana and Papa.
Sunday went to a baby shower for my cousin where the boys got to play with their cousin Emily.
Monday....back to work :(
