Random Pictures

Here are some random pictures from the past couple of weeks. The first set of pictures are from when Cooper and I attended AJ's school open house, it was blue day. The second set is from Valentines Day. Enjoy.

AJ getting some help with his project because he had slipped on the ice and hurt his hand.

Cooper playing at AJ's school. He kinda reminds me of Tete here!

AJ saying the Pledge, with only a few words missing.

AJ praying at school. He was saying the Hail Mary and believe it or not he knows it pretty well.

A Medieval weekend

I finally broke down and let Tony talk me into taking the boys to Medieval Times last weekend. I am so glad we did it because the boys did great and we had such a great time. I was very impressed that both boys stayed in their respective seats for almost the entire 2 hour show. Although I will have to give Tony credit for that one, he insisted we get front row seats, so that helped a lot that they got to see everything up close and personal. The show was great, the food was yummy and it was a nice family outing for us. AJ absolutely loved that he could yell and scream all he wanted during dinner and Cooper was just happy as can be waiving his flag and cheering for our knight. The boys got to come home with some new swords, flags, and figurines so as you can imagine there have been many "knight" fights around our house lately. Although the arena was pretty family oriented I have to confess that I brought plastic silverware and sippy cups because in Medieval Times you eat with your hands and drink out of mugs and as much fun as you think that might be for boys, I kept imagining the mess that was going to be on our laps! I still think it was too funny that we couldn't use silverware but yet they could bring out big boxes to take our leftovers in! The boys have been asking to go back, so one day I will break again and take them back.

My brave little knights.

Cooper thinking, "How can I knock this guy down without anyone knowing it was me!"

"Surrender!"
